Once this has been done, each individual user will have to create an account within an email client program, such as Outlook 2003, Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape, or Mozilla. Select Tools--E-mail Accounts
Step 2Select Add A new E-mail Account then click Next

Step ThreeSelect POP3 E-mail account type.

Step FourEnter your Name (as you wish it to be seen by people who receive your email) your email address, your user name and password. For your incoming and outgoing mail servers, enter mail.yourdomain.com. Do not click Next yet. 
Step FiveClick the button at the bottom right that says More Settings. On the window that pops up, select the tab that says Outgoing Server. THen check the box that says My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication. Click the button that says Use same settings as my incoming server. Click OK. Then click Next. 
Step SixClick Finish
