Once this has been done, each individual user will have to create an account within an email client program, such as Outlook 2003, Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape, or Mozilla. Select Tools--Accounts
Step 2Select Add, then Mail
Step ThreeEnter your Name (as you wish it to be seen by people who receive your email). Click Next. 
Step FourEnter your email address. Click Next.
Step Five
Your incoming mail server is a POP3 Server. Your incoming and outgoing mail servers are both mail.yourdomain.com. Click Next.
Step Six
Enter the username and password from your gigfoot.net welcome email. Click Next.
Step Seven
Click Finish
Step Eight
From the Internet Accounts screen, highlight the account you just created, and click Properties
Step Nine
Select the Second tab at the top which says Servers. At the bottom, check the box that says My Server Requires Authentication. Click Apply then OK

To test your email account, open a new email and address it to yourself. Click send and receive twice (once to send it, once to receive it. |
